Updated: Oct 23, 2020
With overall dimensions of 19” x 15” x 12”, this Rotisserie Oven has an interior of 11 3/8” wide x 11 13/16” deep. It carries quite a large capacity of .75 cubic foot which is huge enough to fit in a 12” pizza, 6 slices of bread, a 10” round cake, a 3-pound beef, or even a 4-pound chicken, duck or pork!
Made with a stainless steel construction, it’ll surely last long as it is quite a durable build and rust-free! Overall, it weighs in at 25 pounds and is rated at 1875 Watts.
Out of the box, it has 12 cooking functions categorized into different functions for Rotisserie, Cooking, Toasting, Leftovers, and Defrost. You can also adjust the temperature and cooking times. Keep in mind that the timer doesn’t start until the oven reaches the temperature that you set as it takes into account a steady rise in temperature so measuring temperature during the cooking process might vary.
Cooking experience-wise, chicken, Cornish hen, pork roast, and baby back ribs turned out juicy and delicious on the Rotisserie setting! The meatloaf, bagels, and bread also turned out great in the convection to toast. The baking process and results were also very good with users tried with a variety of desserts from a 10” cheesecake, vegetable casseroles, to a macaroni and cheese which browned really nicely!
While using the Rotisserie function, do keep in mind that every time you start or stop it, it changes the direction of the turn. This might affect your dish if you plan to have a flat flow out a certain direction of the rotation. It has a pre-heat time of 3-5 minutes. You might also want to adjust the temperature accordingly if you’d want the best Rotisserie chicken!
ACCESSORIES AND ATTACHMENTS INCLUDED
The set already includes accessories and attachments such as Rotisserie Spit Rod, Rotisserie Fork, Rotisserie Skewers, oven rack, broil rack, baking/drip pan, crumb tray, and a recipe booklet. You can change the positions of the accessories and attachments as it has 4 rack positions making it very flexible!
Cleaning experience, the stainless steel construction alongside the drip tray and crumb tray makes cleaning easy as you can quickly wipe off any residue resulting from the cooking process.
However, it is recommended to wipe off residues immediately and not be left overnight as it might leave a stain that could be hard to clean. Thus, it is highly suggested to put parchment paper whenever possible to keep tidying to a minimum as there have been claims of slightly defective non-stick coating which fades.
There are still things to take note of. The letterings on the knobs do fade after quite some time. Also, while in the cooking process, it is recommended not to touch the unit itself aside from the knobs and handle it as it could get hot.
Aesthetically, this one of those that definitely fits in the stainless steel niche of kitchen appliances and it kept that look without ever skimping on its functions!
