BUILD

The whole construction is constructed from high-quality stainless steel which makes for a solid quality build. Out of the box, assembly is required as it does come in separate components. The assembly wasn’t too hard apart from a few pins and parts that need more nudging to securely fit on altogether.

During the assembly, be careful of the stainless steel edges so it is advisable to wear some gloves during the process.

The rotisserie experience with this charcoal rotisserie grill was great. Rotisserie 3 chickens at the same time and everything turned out great; the motor was capable of turning the weight with no hiccups. It also worked perfectly for pigs and lambs under the 77-pound limit. It turned out crispy on the skin and juicy in the inside.

It includes a standard grill design which is great when using the leftover charcoal for some steaks, hotdogs, patties, and more when you’re done with the Rotisserie.

If you’re planning on larger meats for rotisserie, make sure to go under the 77-pound weight limit. Users have tried it with heavier meats, even a 100-pound whole pig, and it didn’t go well; the skewers broke off the spit bracket and the motor gave up because it wasn’t able to turn the heavy load. So take that in mind when buying charcoal rotisserie grills in general.

Since its construction is from stainless steel, cleaning became easy and hassle-free. You can hose it down and wash it, only then to conveniently wipe leftover smaller stains and residue.

REMINDERS

There are two big things to take note of before buying this charcoal rotisserie grill. First is to make sure to be cautious during the assembly of the separate components. Assembly may be easy but the edges are quite sharp so proceed with caution and wear gloves. Second is not to overload it beyond its weight limit. Ignoring this might result in damage to either the motor or even the entire unit itself.

CONCLUSION

All in all, this a charcoal rotisserie grill that serves you with an average build, great cooking space, and experience all at a relatively cheaper price. If those features fit in your list for the charcoal rotisserie grill you’re looking for, this might be the one for you.
